How long are appointments?
Your first visit is 30 minutes (initial consultation and evaluation). Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes.
How much does it cost?
New clients pay $95, and that covers your first two visits: your 30-minute consultation with one of our doctors and your first acupuncture treatment. After that, your doctor will walk you through the plan that fits your goals. We accept HSA and FSA cards.
Does acupuncture hurt?
Most people are surprised by how gentle it is. The needles are about as thin as a strand of hair, and most clients feel little to nothing when they go in. Many find the session so relaxing that they fall asleep on the table. If you are nervous about needles, tell your doctor and we will go at your pace.
How often do I need to come?
Most clients start with 1-2 sessions per week, then reduce frequency as symptoms improve. Your personalized plan will outline the exact schedule.
Can I stop anytime?
Absolutely. You're never locked into a contract. We recommend following the full 12-week protocol for best results, but you're free to pause or stop whenever you choose.
Do you take insurance?
We are considered Out Of Network providers for insurance. We can provide Superbills (detailed insurance receipts) for reimbursement, and we accept HSA and FSA payment cards. Please verify your insurance coverage/reimbursement terms directly with your insurance provider.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens! Just give us 24 hours notice and we'll reschedule with no penalty.
